General terms and conditions

Conclusion of contract Bookings can be made by oral or written agreement via phone, letter, fax, e-mail, or internet. A booking is binding for the guest as well as the B&B. When booking a specific room we reserve the right to adapt the granting according to the actual occupancy. By booking a room a hotel accommodation contract becomes valid. If a third person carries out the booking for the guest, both, the third person and the guest, are liable as codebtors for all the contract’s liabilities to the B&B. Apart from that every person who carries out a booking has to forward all relevant booking information – in particular – these general terms and conditions to the guest the booking is made for. The disposal of the room and its use by a third parties is not allowed without a conclusion of contract. Room charges The room charge is calculated per room and per day and depends on the single, double or multiple (room Stockholm) occupancy. The charge includes value added tax (VAT) as well as free WiFi access. Breakfast is to be charged separately. All rooms are equipped with shower, toilet, hairdryer, and satellite TV. Reservation A check in is possible until 6 p. m. Please let us know in advance if your check in will be after 6 p. m. After 6 p. m we are not obliged to keep the reservation and we are allowed to assign the room to another guest without a right for you to demand compensation. Arrival and departure On the date of arrival check in is from 3 p. m. at the earliest. On departure the check out has to be before 10 a. m. Payment Invoices for accommodation and breakfast are due for payment immediately without deduction. We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards. Pets With respect to our other guest, pets are not allowed. Cancellation A cancellation of booking is always possible. To avoid misunderstandings please cancel your booking in written form. The day we receive your cancellation is applied. Cancellation is charged as follows:

15 days or more before arrival date: free of charge
From day 14 to day 8 before arrival date 50% of the booking is charged.
From day 7 before arrival date 80% of the booking is charged.
In case of non-arrival or early departure 100% of the booking is charged.

Liability According to law we are liable for your property in case of intent and gross negligence to a total amount of € 500. Smoking Smoking is prohibited inside the entire building. Parking area By offering a parking area at the B&B there is no deposit contract. We are not legally obligated to keep the parking area under surveillance and are not reliable in case of loss or damage of the car and its content. Final provisions Changes and additions to this terms and conditions by the guest are invalid. Place of fulfillment and payment is Backnang. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Backnang. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should any regulation of these general terms and conditions be or become ineffective, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions is not affected. In all other respects the statutory provisions shall apply.
